The Future Of Offices
If the last year has taught us something, it is how to remote work.
I’d like to share some notes with you:
AngelList Founder Naval Ravikant says he thinks remote work’s time is coming. “It is probably going to be the single most important new category in hiring,” he says. –> This was in March 2019.
I’ve also seen a lot of (if not all) job posts in tech adding the following word into their job title (Remote).
Not only in tech companies, for example, Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services posted a blog article with the following statement:
“As only 43% of the employees are daily present in the office, desk sharing has been implemented here and will follow in Barcelona, Malaga, and Valladolid.”
We at dua.com are slowly switching to remote-first, fully.
Take a look at Buffer:

Will offices as we know them be needed?
